


John F. Centonze, M.D.
Dr. Centonze is Board
Certified in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. He is a Fellow in the
American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery and a Fellow of
the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy. In addition, he is a member
of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
Currently, Dr. Centonze holds active medical staff privileges at Thompson
Health and Via Health of Wayne-Newark Campus. He also has courtesy staff
privileges at Geneva General Hospital and Nicholas Noyes Hospital. Additionally,
he is currently Chairman of the Medical Records Committee at F.F. Thompson
Hospital. In January 2008, he began his term as the F.F. Thompson Hospital
Medical Staff President after previously serving two years as Vice-President
and one year as Secretary/Treasurer.
Dr. Centonze practices all aspects of otolaryngology-head and neck surgery
with a special interest in sinus surgery, voice disorders, and facial cosmetic
surgery.
Dr. Centonze joined Finger Lakes Otolaryngology in October 1996. He resides
in Victor with his wife and two children.
John F. Centonze, M.D. earned his medical degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo while on a Uniformed Services Health Professions Scholarship. Graduating cum laude, he was additionally awarded the Norman A. Haber Award presented to the student with exceptional skills in the field of otolaryngology. He completed his internship in general surgery at the Naval Hospital, Portsmouth, Virginia, and his residency in otolaryngology-head and neck surgery at the Naval Medical Center, Portsmouth, Virginia. Dr. Centonze served in the United States Navy for 10 years, receiving both the Navy Achievement and Navy Commendation Medals and numerous decorations for meritorious service. Before moving to the Finger Lakes, his most recent military position was as the Chief of Otolaryngology at Naval Hospital, Charleston, South Carolina.

W. Bradley Simmons, M.D., F.A.C.S

Bradley Simmons, M.D. attended medical school at the University of Texas Health
Science Center in San Antonio. He completed his internship and residency in
otolaryngology (ENT) head and neck surgery at Stanford Medical Center in Palo
Alto, California. While at Stanford, Dr. Simmons was named the Rafaty Fellow
in Facial Plastic Surgery.
Dr. Simmons is Board Certified in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery and
a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is a Fellow of the American
Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, a Fellow of the American
Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy, and a Fellow of the American Sleep Disorders
Association. He is also a Member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic
and Reconstructive Surgery.
Dr.
Simmons has received the American Medical Association’s Distinguished
Education Award. He holds active medical staff privileges at F.F. Thompson
Hospital as well as ViaHealth of Wayne-Newark Campus. He holds active medical
staff privileges at F.F. Thompson Hospital as well as ViaHealth of Wayne-Newark
Campus. He currently serves as both Medical Staff President and Chief of Surgery
at ViaHealth of Wayne, a Rochester General Hospital affiliate.
Dr. Simmons has been in private practice in the Finger Lakes since 1988. He
resides in Canandaigua with his wife and four children.
